One time you have a sinking concrete slab, you'll need it to be lifted dorsum into place. There are a few dissimilar options out there, just we adopt slabjacking .  It's a make clean and efficient mode to enhance concrete, and information technology sets up within minutes.  The post-obit images are a Before-and-After of a garage floor repairing with slabjacking.  Information technology's not very articulate from the photos, but the garage walls are made of cement blocks.  The floor is a separately poured slab.

Water Drainage and Bowing Walls for Underground Garages

Generally speaking, we cannot install water drainage in a garage; this is because most of them are congenital in a higher place basis.  However, since this detail garage is built nether the business firm , we were able to reach both of these tasks.  Because the wall had bowed more than than two inches, information technology required wall anchors to stabilize it.
